Replacement, Return and Warranty Policy

Terms and conditions of exchange and return policy

  1. Camp Zone Travel guarantees that all products are new, unused, and undamaged. However, if any product is found to be damaged, the Camp Zone Travel team is ready to replace it. Please notify us within three days of receiving the product, free of charge.
  2. The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged and unaltered. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the product price will be refunded within 14 business days. We must be notified in writing via the store's email ([email protected]).

Replacement policy

  1. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, in their original box and packaging, with no missing parts, and the invoice that came with the order must be provided.
  2. If the same returned item is not available in stock, the customer has the option of either receiving a similar and better item as a replacement or receiving a refund for the product to the card from which payment was made.
  3. The store will cover the shipping costs in case of a manufacturing defect or if the goods are damaged or incorrect, provided that the period does not exceed three days from the date of receiving the product.
  4. If the order is not received by the customer or is rejected, the shipping fees will be deducted in addition to the logistics costs calculated at the time, plus 3% of the value of orders paid by credit card, Mada or STC pay, or 7.5% in the case of using Tabby and Tamara.
  5. If the order is cancelled before it is shipped to the customer, 3% of the order value will be deducted if payment is made by credit card, Mada, STC pay or bank transfer, or 7.5% if using Tabby and Tamara.
  6. In case of damage or breakage of any shipment, please file a complaint through customer service within 48 hours of receipt.


Late or lost refunds


  1. If you haven't received your money back, first check your bank account and credit card; it may take some time before the refund is deposited.
  2. The refund process usually takes between 2 and 14 business days.


Warranty

The warranty does not cover misuse such as (breakage, cutting, exposing the product to high temperatures, explosion, exposure to fluctuating electricity, burning, falling, etc.)
